By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using any part of the meibet platform at meibet.pro ("the Platform"), you ("the User", "you", or "your") unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the meibet Privacy Policy and any additional product-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and meibet ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account if one has been created.

2.1 Age Requirement. The meibet Platform is strictly for individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering, you confirm under penalty of account termination that you meet this requirement. meibet employs age verification checks, including CNIC-based identity verification, and will immediately suspend any account where the 21+ requirement cannot be confirmed.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. It is your responsibility to verify that use of online betting and casino services is lawful in your jurisdiction. meibet makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in any specific location and shall not be liable for any legal consequences arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited or restricted.
2.3 Registration Requirements. To create a meibet account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid email address, your date of birth, and a Pakistani mobile number. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.
2.4 KYC Verification. meibet is required to verify the identity of all account holders as part of its licensing obligations. You may be required to submit a copy of your CNIC, proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement), and, in certain cases, proof of source of funds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension and the freezing of withdrawal requests pending completion of verification.
2.5 Restricted Persons. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of meibet or its affiliated companies are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in any betting, gaming, or promotional activities on the Platform.
3.1 One Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one meibet account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, meibet will close all but the first registered account, and any balances or bonuses in the closed accounts will be forfeited.
3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for keeping your meibet login credentials confidential. You must not share your username or password with any third party. meibet will never request your password through any communication channel. Any activity that occurs on your account using your credentials will be treated as authorised by you, unless you have notified meibet of a security breach prior to that activity taking place.
3.3 Account Closure. You may request closure of your meibet account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any pending bets already accepted will be settled in accordance with normal procedures. Real money balances remaining after settlement will be returned to your verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC requirements.
3.4 Inactive Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. meibet reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Platform. You will be notified by email before any such fees are applied, giving you an opportunity to reactivate your account.
Warning: Never share your meibet account credentials with anyone. meibet support staff will never ask for your password. Report any suspicious account activity immediately to [email protected].
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. meibet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). meibet does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your own name.
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction on your account cashier page. meibet reserves the right to modify these limits at any time with reasonable notice published on the Platform.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit into the same meibet account, up to the amount deposited via that method. Profits may be withdrawn via any verified payment method associated with your account. All withdrawals are subject to satisfactory KYC verification prior to processing.
4.4 Processing Times. meibet aims to review and approve withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours of submission, subject to verification requirements being satisfied. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing time of your selected payment method. meibet is not liable for delays caused by payment providers, banking institutions, or network outages beyond its reasonable control.
4.5 Transaction Fees. meibet does not charge fees on deposits or standard withdrawals. However, your bank, mobile wallet provider, or card issuer may apply their own transaction charges. meibet is not responsible for third-party fees applied by payment processors.
4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. meibet is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of unlawful activities. The Platform must not be used as a financial instrument. Depositing funds without genuine intention to participate in betting or gaming activity is prohibited. meibet reserves the right to investigate, freeze, and report to relevant authorities any account suspected of facilitating money laundering or financial crime.
5.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by meibet. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and a bet ID is assigned to the wager. meibet reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspicious betting patterns, system errors, or market integrity concerns.
5.2 Odds and Market Changes. Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is placed and accepted. Once a bet is confirmed with a bet ID, the odds at the time of acceptance are fixed for that wager. Live in-play betting odds may be suspended or altered rapidly in response to match developments; bets placed during a suspended market will not be accepted.
5.3 Settlement. Bets are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant sporting body or game operator. For cricket markets, results will be based on official scorecards published by the ICC, PCB, or the relevant domestic board as applicable. meibet reserves the right to delay settlement of any market pending official confirmation of the result.
5.4 Void Bets. A bet may be voided and the stake returned to your account in circumstances including but not limited to: market data errors, event cancellation, abandonment without a determinable result under applicable rules, confirmed match-fixing findings, or technical errors in the betting system that resulted in incorrect odds being offered.
5.5 Dispute Resolution. If you wish to dispute the settlement of a bet, you must submit a written complaint to meibet customer support within seven (7) days of the disputed settlement. meibet will review all available evidence and provide a decision within fourteen (14) business days. meibet's final determination following that review process is binding.
For all cricket betting markets including PSL, international Test matches, and T20 tournaments, meibet follows the official match rules of the relevant governing body. Bets on matches reduced in overs due to weather or pitch conditions are settled per the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method where applicable.
6.1 Game Availability. meibet offers a range of casino products including video slots, live dealer table games, and specialty games sourced from certified third-party game providers. Game availability may vary and certain games may be restricted based on player location or account status. meibet does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game title.
6.2 Return to Player (RTP). All slot and casino games available on meibet are supplied by providers certified by independent testing laboratories. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, meibet will settle the round based on the outcome recorded on the game provider's server. meibet is not liable for disconnections caused by your internet service provider or device.
6.4 Game Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or software failure that affects the outcome of a game round, the affected round will be voided and stakes returned. meibet does not honour payouts resulting from clearly erroneous game states, including but not limited to display errors showing inflated balances or jackpot amounts not consistent with the game's certified paytable.
7.1 General Bonus Conditions. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by meibet are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms. Where there is a conflict between offer-specific terms and these general Terms, the offer-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that offer.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in offer-specific terms, bonuses must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), and expiry period are specified in the individual offer terms. Withdrawing funds before completing wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the outstanding bonus amount.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. meibet actively monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements, using automated betting tools, or exploiting technical errors in bonus calculations. Where bonus abuse is identified, meibet reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend the account.
7.4 Loyalty Program. Participation in the meibet Loyalty Program is subject to the programme-specific terms published on the Loyalty Program page. Loyalty points have no cash value unless specifically redeemed through the programme's published redemption process and are not transferable between accounts.
7.5 Super Wheel. Access to and use of the meibet Super Wheel feature is governed by the terms published on the Super Wheel page. Super Wheel prizes are awarded subject to verification of account standing and eligibility criteria and may not be available to all accounts at all times.
8.1 Commitment. meibet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. 11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, meibet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.2 meibet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk. It is your responsibility to ensure your device and connection are adequately protected.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit meibet's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by meibet's negligence, to the extent such limitation is not permitted by law.
11.4 meibet's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your meibet account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.1 Amendments. meibet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, meibet will provide reasonable notice via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12.2 Termination by meibet. meibet reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, regulatory requirements, or the cessation of Platform operations in a particular market.
12.3 Termination by You. You may close your meibet account at any time by contacting customer support. Following account closure, real money balances will be returned to your verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the satisfaction of any outstanding KYC or compliance requirements.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which meibet holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through meibet's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause affects your rights under the consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence, to the extent that such laws may not be excluded by contract.
